Primary Care Clinic
Primary Care services are typical services you would expect to receive at any physician's office.
The clinic provides Adult and Pediatric Health Care, including:
- Physicials/Health Screenings
- Treatment for illnesses
- Basic lab services for established patients
- Chronic disease management includes examination, diagnostics, treatment, referral, and coordinated assistance for pharmaceuticals
Services are based on family size and income per the sliding fee scale. Uninsured patients will have a $5.00 minimum fee.
We also accept most insurances. Please call with specific questions about coverage.
Hours
Regular Clinic Hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
